Free Shipping Australia-Wide

We offer free standard shipping to Australian delivery addresses on orders of A$70 or more.

The A$70 threshold is calculated using the merchandise subtotal after discounts and before shipping charges. Orders below A$70 will be charged the applicable shipping fee shown at checkout.

Where We Ship From

JRCOCO orders are dispatched directly from our fulfilment warehouse in China to customers in Australia.

We work with shipping and fulfilment partners to deliver your order to your nominated address.

Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time for Australian orders is approximately 10–20 days.

This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. Actual delivery times may vary due to order processing, international transit, customs procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, peak shopping periods and carrier delays.

Some regional or remote addresses may require additional delivery time.

Order Processing and Tracking

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details after your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for tracking information to become available or update as your parcel moves through the delivery network.

If your parcel appears delayed, please contact us with your order number and tracking details, if available.

Prices, Taxes and Import Charges

All prices displayed at checkout are in Australian dollars (AUD).

Our Australian delivery arrangement is intended to include applicable taxes and import charges for standard deliveries. Customers should not be asked to pay additional import duties or taxes on delivery for orders covered by this arrangement.

If a carrier or other party requests an additional payment, please contact us at jr-coco@outlook.com before making the payment, where reasonably possible, so we can investigate.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at jr-coco@outlook.com. We will do our best to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or dispatched.

Customers may be responsible for additional costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery due to incorrect address details, or a requested reshipment, where permitted by applicable law.

Delayed, Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery period, please contact us.

We will work with our fulfilment and shipping partners to investigate the delay or missing parcel and help resolve the issue.
